About Trisha's Daughters

Our Mission

Trisha’s Daughters exists to break generational silence by creating sacred spaces where women who survived childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and emotional abandonment can finally be seen, heard, and supported in their healing journey.

We amplify survivor voices, restore a sense of safety, and guide women from survival into wholeness through sisterhood, storytelling, trauma-informed resources, and healing-centered community.

Let Healing Be Heard.

Let Healing Be Heard

Patrice's Interview - The Author

In this interview, Patrice shares the heart behind the creation of Trisha’s Daughters — how seven sisters, shaped by generational trauma, silence, and survival, chose to break cycles through truth, storytelling, and healing out loud.

She speaks honestly about growing up in chaos, learning to be strong before being safe, and the moment she realized that her family’s story was never meant to stay hidden.

This is the story of how a book became a movement — and how healing became public.

Ariel's Interview - The Seventh Daughter

In this interview, Ariel shares her lived experience as one of Trisha’s daughters — growing up in generational trauma, navigating survival, and learning what it means to heal in a family shaped by silence.

Her voice represents the daughters — the ones who carried wounds quietly, learned resilience early, and are now choosing truth, voice, and restoration.

This conversation is a reminder that behind every movement is a real life…
and behind every story is a real heart.

The Meaning Behind the Name

Trisha is our mother — but she is also a symbol.

She represents the women who carried heavy stories, raised children through hardship, and did the best they could with what they were given.

Her daughters represent every woman who grew up in chaos, neglect, abuse, emotional abandonment, and generational wounds — and is now choosing something different.

Trisha’s Daughters is a name that honors where we came from….and who we are becoming.

The Unfinished Infinity™

The Unfinished Infinity is the sacred symbol of Trisha’s Daughters™ — created to represent survivors whose stories were interrupted, but never ended. The infinity symbol has always stood for eternity, boundless possibility, and continuity. But trauma interrupts the flow of a life. It creates breaks, detours, and unfinished chapters.

The Unfinished Infinity honors that truth.

The broken spaces within the symbol represent the places where life was interrupted — moments of loss, harm, silence, and survival. Yet the symbol remains whole, reminding us that even after disruption, our story continues.

Between the breaks is our becoming.
Between the dashes is our choice.
Between the scars is our power.

ASH says: I rose from the ashes of the fire.
GOLD says: What remains is valuable.

Together they declare:

My life continues — even after interruption.

The Unfinished Infinity is worn, shared, and honored by cycle-breakers, truth-tellers, and survivors who are still writing the rest of their story.
